Is my request a confirmed booking?+
No. The carrier will confirm availability, price and journey details separately.
Can I travel with luggage?+
Please include the number and type of bags in your request so we can check space.
Can I request a child seat?+
Mention the child’s age and requirements. Availability must be confirmed before travel.
What does the hourly rate cover?+
The base rate is €45 per hour, with a minimum of two hours. Any additional charges must be agreed separately.
How do payment and cancellation work?+
We accept Visa and Mastercard, including payment at the driver’s terminal, cash before the journey, and invoice payments for legal entities. Cancellation conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
